Chapter 1 -Case Study Report

I. Statement of the problem
A. Definition: Mei Chang's English is very bad and she is not confidence.She is also afraid that the other students will laugh at her poor pronunciation. And she was misunderstand the teacher.
B. Analysis: Mei is not confidence so she always may some mistakes and she does not speak more. She just listen respectfully, she does not answer the question what the teacher ask, so her score is very bad.

II. Suggestion of Possible Solution
A. Solution 1
She can make some friends.
B. Solution 2
She can ask the teacher about the question in office hour.
C. Solution 3
She can talk with others in English and she can write down the notes.

III. Evaluation of Possible Solution.
A. Solution 1
Advantages: Friends can help her study and give her a lot of help.
Disadvantages: She does not know which one is the evildoer, so the evildoer will hurt her.
B. Solution 2
Advantages: It is good for her study and it will make herself more confident.
Disadvantages: It is too trouble and she does not understand what the teacher mean.
C. Solution 3
Advantages: It can make her know a lot of important information.
Disadvantages:It too trouble to make herself understand, then she will feel extremely tired.
